Management is the only carrot. No long term residual building

You have to be very careful about your management team. Since the territory managers are selling-and competing-with you for sales, you will not get any of the internet leads from your TM-he or she will be too busy saving them for themselves. The leads they offer are going to be from existing customers who are exhausted from all of the calls to upsell them. If you do not have a strong area of clients to call on that you have developed yourself-forget about this company.
