      Pros

      Quality affordable products that are beneficial to people looking for extra coverages.

      Cons

      Leadership on the market and district level are only concerned about their perceived performance. If their numbers are not up, they'll help you get you on the board. But if something happens to you outside of work, they do not show compassion or empathy. Also, be better about planning. Countless times I was hit with a last minute team meeting. If you had other engagements, you were "spoken to".

      They charge you for everything yet give you nothing like new leads. Total scam taking advantage of others looking to better themselves. Interviewers lied in the interview process and didn't give true details of what the job would be like.
