Good culture, good products, good benefits.

Cons

Lots and lots and lots of sales folks, first to ink mentality at most levels. Cultivating deep relationships with customers is tough because there are 20 other reps calling in to them a week. Internal account ownership is lacking except for the very largest accounts.
