Pros

Has a very thorough training program, all virtual during pandemic Diversity and inclusion is treated with importance

Cons

I gave 2 weeks notice, and they did not pay me for the 2 weeks There was sales pressure right out of training and even though it is a pandemic Low base salary office was closed for Covid during my entire time, did not get to meet any co-workers in person, except on Teams
