Great benefits and networking opportunities. Employee Resource Groups are great at work and make sure it’s an inclusive environment
Cons
Work life balance. There is none. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to move upward in your career. Even senior leadership will tell you that the beat way to get a promotion is to leave the company and come back. Tons of projects that never come to fruition bc they’re always moving on to something else without seeing it through. It leaves a giant mess of to do’s to trudge through everyday bc the list of projects is never ending and there is no direction.
