It's a good paying desk job with good benefits professional atmosphere

Cons

Their is a lot of nepotism. They don't let you take any days off for 90 days. The metrics they use to measure weather or not your good at your job are challenging to balance and not meeting them will cause you to lose your job. Management doesn't listen to concerns of employees over the difficulty of the metrics. They don't actually coach you on how to be successful at meeting those metrics

There is no training for the role. The management set unrealistic expectations for a job they never done. There’s is not any growth and development within the company. No work life balance. They treat employees like the customers
