      There were some wonderful people working there when I was, but many have been laid off or moved on.

      Pros

      With over a decade experience in media I was excited to work with the leaders of digital video. There are some great minds and talented people if you're fortunate to work with them.

      Cons

      CIE management is atrocious. It's a masculinity contest that has caused lack of diversity, intimidation and fear. Forget about the ways you work as you will be forced to abide by the supervisors, and if you push back you will be pushed out. Do not work in the Canadian office. Pay and benefits are not worth the stress.
