Pros
Fast-paced atmosphere with a TON of great resources for learning provided free of charge. Open-door policy makes it extremely easy to communicate ideas to leaders anywhere within the company. The benefits are on par with most major companies. The environment is very family-like and teammates often have to work together to get multiple tasks accomplished within the appropriate time frame. Huge network to grow within!
Cons
Outdated software hinders productivity in many cases. Communication can be confusing/conflicting at times. There is a communication gap between management and hourly employees. Time off exponentially increases the workload for other employees. Training is subpar, but if you are a quick-learner you can succeed. The starting salary isn't negotiable regardless of experience and education.
