Pros

Ambience. Being a full time employee, you can so no to over time work. Diverse team members.

Cons

Many cons are there, but it changes based on team. Overall cons is their HR team process. HR team is good but their process lags for a product company. I guess HR team has contract members, I always felt someone not considering the referral and taking it to some consultancy to make money, but I am not sure. Salaries are really bad for old joiners.
