- Modern tech stack - My management is very receptive to opinions and perspectives - Flexible work hours - Somewhat remote-friendly; depending on team - Speedy hiring and conversion to FTE

Cons

- HR policies are slow and will payroll will try and low-ball you on hiring and promotions - Too many security initiatives happening at once from disparate teams
