Pros

Discounted Comcast Services. You face system and personnel challenges that you really have to learn how to work through on your own (if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you can develop it here).

Cons

Relatively high turnover in Central coupled with constantly changing initiatives passed down from Philly make it hard to really feel comfortable. 99.9% of the knowledge about how things work at Comcast is at the VP level or above or at Headquarters so knowledge is slow to trickle down to managers and analysts how will actually be doing the work.
