Pros

Benefits like tuition assistance are good, pay is decent depending on location and time of year.

Cons

Very dehumanizing work environment. High sales goals that are often changed mid cycle. High volume of inbound chats means you are busy every second of the day. Low commission payout means volume is all that pays you, but too much volume results in lower close rates which place you on correctives. New comp plan is very anti-employee and has made it harder than ever to make decent commission. Poor support systems and IT means you are often working with broken systems, of which there is no appeal process for lost sales. Very rude customers.

Pros

The job is well organized. They put together a pretty good sales training. The pay is decent.

Cons

Expectations are too high! Stress central…that’s why pay is decent…they expect too much! Micromanaged beyond belief that creates a sense of mental overload and uncomfortable feeling.
