Pros

If you know you want to make money, and can motivate yourself daily, this is the environment for you. Plus, employee moral is a constant priority with upper management.

Cons

Segdwick is probably the only thing wrong with being an employee here. If you ever need leave or short term disability, dealing with them will make you just go back to work.
