      Pros

      Maintains a healthy work–life balance. Actively supports employees in pursuing higher studies. Encourages and provides support for professional certifications. HR and management are approachable, genuinely listen to concerns, and address issues effectively.

      Cons

      I haven’t experienced any drawbacks.

      Great for young professional who is ok frequently being asked to work in the middle of the night

      Pros

      Stable company and good with diversity concerns.

      Cons

      Management can be obnoxious at time. Required to work in the middle of the night frequently on top of on-call rotation. Working remotely will be hard to get when they feel pandemic is over.
