Pros

My position offered a lot of flexibility for time off, and remote work. Benefits were very good, and ESPP, Stock Options generous.

Cons

Its a very large company, and in the end you are just a number to the executive leadership.

Cons

Pre and during Covid there was a wonderful culture here. Very much a startup feel while still having proper structure. Flexible work (basically wfh all you want or as needed as long as you came in for important things). No blame culture, just solution focused. Post covid this all changed. Office mandates, constant blame shifting while not caring about fixing the problems, unclear direction from upper management, and upper management not having faith in middle and lower management gives the impression of ineptitude at the higher levels.
