They provide you with snacks at some of their meetings, and leftovers from the management corporate meetings. They build they're in has a cafeteria, but it is expensive.

Cons

Unequal pay, opportunities to learn & advance your career. Advancement is based upon whether or not your Manager likes you, not your skills or qualifications.
