Pros

Free cable that’s not even free. You still have to rent the boxes and pay for internet and cable. (Small fee. But they lie about “free cable”

Cons

Annual raise was insufficient due to another tower being built in Philadelphia. When questions why annual raise is so low, they said they included the 1000 (which was supposed to be a gift from the CEO to look good) in with our yearly raises. Directors and SVPs do not care about their workers. They don’t, they are really good actors. Even though there’s an annual “your voice survey” you are NOT allowed to question policies and procedures. Caught Senior Director in several lies. Directors and SVP barely make eye contact, and when you say hello, they don’t respond. Unfair and unethical practices within region. No clear direction of company

Pros

The ONLY reason to work there is the benefits. They have great 401 and time off. However, its hard to take the time off as you have no help.

Cons

- HORRIBLE management - Favoritism - Its who you know to get a lead or account - In my office, constant cursing my management - HR ignores you - LOW pay - Very little support staff. You run your own business basically - they don't care for the customers - they only care about how many accounts are on air, don't care about client success - constantly changing the rules - overbearing managers - no work life balance (they want you to work on your own time- I was told too) - Managers know nothing about tv. They only now sales which is not good for the client I can go on and on about the cons.

Pros

Comcast (parent company) provides good benefits, free cable for only those who live in their service zones.

Cons

Very very OLD and OUTDATED, Rotten culture, retaliated for speaking up or expressing opinion. Too many leaders and they dominate/debilitate the doers. Very very old and outdated business model. leaders do not want to change. Too many employee relation issues. If you bring complains to HR, they will retaliate by putting you on a performance plan. Absolutely NO support and cooperation from anyone as they do not undertsand their business. Finance, HR, Campaign Management, Traffic are out of sync with the demands of business. SALES has to carry their weight.
