Underpaid. Teams calls all day, that are pointless, you can’t implement strategies discussed on calls when you spend 85% of day on calls. HQ runs the show for retail now, they roll out changes that significantly limit employees ability to do their job. Comcast hires third party customer service agents that scam customers, Comcast continues to hire them and offers no solutions for customers or employees to help fix their issues. BIGGEST CON, whoever the engineers are for Comcast tools and order systems needs a new job. I’ve never seen any company do business like Comcast, 75% of customers experience errors when buying mobile services.
