Pros

great benefits, working remote and commission, Thats it.

Cons

I felt like I had to lie to customers to upsell devices and sell phones. They work with Sedgewick to "help" disabled workers, yet their rules they have regarding accomodations are not good and borderline discriminatory. Pay is horrible for what we are dealing with daily. I was getting yelled at by elderly people, and the ones that truly needed help, I couldn't help them because they needed a tech visit and the techs we're always either late, never showed, or did 50/100% work. Always had issues with ECM, and my sup and manager were very much micromanagers, especially with minor issues like sales and even if I was a minute off with my schedule adherence. Also the fact that I can't use my available PTO unless its also available in the bucket is ridiculous. It's MY PTO, I should be able to use it whenever I'd like. It was great for getting my foot in the door with remote work but I will never work for them again.

Pros

Good people and very relevant tech stack. Flexible working hours and good benefits. Good place to start a career.

Cons

Layoffs are becoming a constant issue. In past years, re orgs with layoffs would only happen every 1-1.5 years. Now there has been layoffs every few months. Promotion and hiring freezes have been in place for the last 3 years. This makes it very difficult to move up and had caused employees with junior level titles to be performing senior level tasks. Many people have been at the same level for over 4 years without a promotion despite excellent performance reviews. 4 days a week in office is now being tracked via badge swipes.
