Layoffs unrelated to performance, no effort made to retain talent in other areas of the company. It’s a corporate behemoth with no loyalty to anything besides profits. They bust unionization efforts. Courtesy services only available if you live in area serviced by Comcast, they will not subsidize your internet for work if you don’t. No appeals process on annual evaluation and you don’t find out what you’re rated until 3 months into the new year when all decisions have been made. Vesting schedule for options/RSUs is long (5 years). Preference for FTE or contractors goes in cycles. Preference for build in-house or buy goes in cycles.
