Pros

Work is mostly independent and self-paced. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Pressure to get work done by deadline but without OT. Nighttime work on random days messes up sleep schedule.

Pros

Plenty of challenge in technical skill, great people to work with, great training.

Cons

Tough to advance. No raises or promotions. Be prepared to work multiple shifts often. Little recognition of hard work. They hire temps for 6 months then fire them to avoid having to give benefits.
