Pressure beyond belief

Pros

Good benefits, good amount of vacation and support regarding career growth

Cons

They will pressure you continuously, non-stop to work faster, and do more, to meet their growing needs while withholding any more support in terms of hiring more teammates or teams. They will demand anything and everything from you while paying you the same amount they do when there's little to nothing to do and then when you've given this company absolutely everything, they will look you dead in your face and tell you you need to do more, give more, be faster.

Pros

I love my team and the work I do. The benefits are good. 1 day Universal park tickets every year for up to 4 people. Peacock basic plan free. Courtesy telecom services (TV, internet, etc)

Cons

Any new role requires you to be an on site employee. Being remote worker for 13 years, this leaves me with no growth options beyond what I do currently unless I relocate. Also little things they are changing like not being able to pay to upgrade my Peacock services beyond the free account we get. Why? I don’t live in footprint and already am not eligible for regular services as an employee. Just seems like this company is more worried about growing more revenue than having good employee experiences for very small things.
