Strong culture of mutual respect and diversity. Very talented and creative product management and engineering. Executive leadership have vision and cares about its employees.

Cons

Weak mid-senior management due to fast growth. Product delivery processes have become cumbersome with half-implemented systems and too many project management layers.

Pros

Good benefits Once you're in...you're in. You have to really mess up to get fired as a perm employee. Work isn't difficult. Middle managers have a good rapport with their employees

Cons

Senior Management yells at employees during stressful times. Pay is low. Peers seem unmotivated...gov't type atmosphere. Office is terrible. They didn't even provide coffee for their employees. Training is unorganized
