Pros

Great benefits with awesome commission structure and base with the ability to make six figures. They provide blackberry, leads, and give all the tools to get out there and successfully sell their services. All in all it was a great gig.

Cons

Its cold calling door to door residential sales. You will be knocking on peoples door 4-6 days a week to meet quotas. Sometimes after you put all the work in on making the sale the tech goes ahead and blows off the job or it falls through due to forces outside or your control you dont get paid until the account is connected.

Pros

They have several it's a great company with many benefits the free cable alone would run you a couple of hundred dollars a month.

Cons

They have to clean house, they have to many processes in place that are failing the company. They may try new and different things but with the same people they still will not work. The work schedules are unrealistic for 2010. You can't expect people to work every weekend without any options.

Pros

Company paid Blackberry Free Cable & Internet Good place for first time Account Executive training.(but wouldn't recommend staying more than a year - better wages and sale percentages nearly everywhere else)

Cons

Base pay is terrible. Communication across the departments is very weak. Marketing Manager has no clue what's going on in the sales world and too involved with her own person life to make a difference. Sales assistants don't take there jobs seriously and or often more involved with searching the internet than doing their jobs.
