Pros

There are many opportunities for career growth across the country. Benefits are good. The corporate values are great, but don't seem to be lived by the local markets.

Cons

Frontline training is not long enough to equip reps to handle the technical aspect of their position. Do not lead by threats.

Pros

Benefits are pretty tremendous. Sales division has reasonable quotas. Even making quota, you won't become a millionaire, but certainly can make a decent living for family.

Cons

Favortism. Some team managers are highly inadequate for their position. Bottleneck feeling on advancement into other positions. Example: there can be 10+ or more candidates (internal) going for one position. Definitely a "wait your turn" type of environment.
