Comcast is customer friendly. Comcast offers 24 hr support. Comcast incourages customer feedback on every call. Comcast has the best internet services.

Cons

Comcast has communication opportunities after normal business hours. You may reach individuals who are not familiar with your services or billing issues.

good benefits, health and service wise. i am luky enough to work with great people.

Cons

typical customer service job so daily you deal with upset people. at times they get very rude. when you bring up nw ideas, they will be heard, but i hardly see any implementing

love the work and am able to do my own thing without supervisor breathing down my neck decent pay as well

management can change things often and seems frustrating at times because of the management changes. local management needs to give information about things ina more timely manner
