Pros
The opportunity to have career growth is outstanding. Comcast believes in promoting from within. If you are motivated and apply yourself, the possiblity to receive promotion after promotion is guaranteed. I've been with the company for about a year and a half and have received 4 promotions thus far. The benefits packages are wonderful and affordable. The packages are arranged to fit everyone's needs. Even part time employees receive benefit packages. You receive 21 days for PTO upon your 91st day worked. You also receive the incentive package of the total premium bundle which includes every cable channel upon date of hire.
Cons
There are a lot of people and everyone does not always have your best interest in mind. In the call center environment, it can become somewhat like high school as far as the cliques and the gossip is concerned, but if you are cordial and are sure not to tell your personal business to just anyone, you will be fine. You will have times where people will make up things about you simply because you are to yourself and others have nothing better to do. Yet, as long as you stay focused and do not let the small things bother you, you will be perfect.
