There are a lot of good people. And tools to succeed. Advancement chances are there. Benefits overall are quite competitive

Cons

Straight line pay. Structure and department organization can be chaotic.

Great benefits (free internet, discounts app, excellent healthcare). Great WLB depending on your manager.

Cons

Compensation is slow to catch up with market. Major decisions take a long time due to the extensive bureaucracy. Lots of legacy systems lying around with no funding to replace them.
