Pros

Comcast (CIEC) India engineering centre is an extension to Comcast. It's lesser known brand/company due to its market is US based. It's a fair company that tries the best to provide equal and fair opportunity to it's employees. Good product company to learn wide varieties of tech stack. We have year long events to collaborate and work. Paywise decent and has strong understanding of market demand to be competitive.

Cons

Workplace (infrastructure) improvements are needed. Sometimes feels too many things going on making it difficult to prioritise core activities.

Pros

Small local office with great culture, benefits of a large corporation. Small engineering teams with strong architects executing a platform evolution. Great office events when those were still a thing. Committed local leaders

Cons

Being out of footprint for cable service, you can't "use what you make" at home. Remote work has come a long way, but pre-covid it was a challenge to stay in the loop if you were not at headquarters or SV. Getting alignment and priorities set across team and sites was challenging and sometimes bureaucratic
