Pros

People can be very friendly depending on your team. Potential for a lot of independence (almost too much) and flexible hours. Your day-to-day experience various tremendously depending on your team/manager (this is a Pro and a Con). The pay for certain positions is very reasonable. Benefits are the the same for everyone, but PTO scales with how many hours you work if you're part time.

Cons

Experience between teams varies drastically. Agency of teams can be good but some end up disorganized and isolated - too overloaded with work to integrate with others. Good software engineers willing to learn new things leave almost invariably. They don't pay enough to keep competent people who are comfortable job hopping. If you're good at what you do you'll likely leave for a higher paying position somewhere else. There's a good chance long standing software devs are frustrating to work with for the same reason. They have a huge employee turnover but find it acceptable because they are able to hire faster than people quit.

A rough time for engineers

Great location of their two offices in center-city Philly. Benefits are good (thought that should be a gimmie in the field). FTE Employees get discounted cable/internet, which is nice. Lots of focus lately on DEI initiatives.

Cons

They are hemorrhaging talent, and are not backfilling to stop the flow. Sadly Comcast just does not want to pay their engineers what they are do and wonder why people are leaving. Really a lack of direction and just a disappointing place to stagnate your engineering career.
