Pros

401k, stock purchase plan and reduced price cable

Cons

Don’t value technical talent. Lack of real engineering practices leads to poorly developed software and incredibly stressful work environment. Way too many meetings. Unprofessional management.

- Company policy is family first, then work - Software developers can work from home at any time - Great community and very friendly team members - A community foosball table and ping pong tables :) - Great benefits - Competitive salary

Cons

- Occasional office politics - Re-orgs (but few layoffs, primarily realignment of teams) 1-2 times a year
