For Backend software Engineer not good place to grow , most of the jobs will be Data analyst, Data Engineer . Most of application core logic will comes under Data Analyst and Data Engineer not for Software Engineer role.

Company policies and HR policies were really employee-centric when they were at low head counts in Chennai which made employees who left the organization return as soon as possible

Cons

Once more employees started coming back the management started getting a God-like attitude and forgot to uphold the same employee-centric policies that they followed at the beginning and became just another firm in the city.
