Good all around, not exceptional

Pros

The people in general at CTS are wonderful (for the most part, some bad apples as with every company). The pay is good, but not exceptional, which essentially describes most of the benefits and overall working experience with CTS. Good place for a career and you will be comfortable for a long time, but not a place that will attract a lot of high talent. However, if you're a mid- or senior-level developer looking for a place to spend the rest of your career, I couldn't recommend it more. Depending on your team, senior engineers will have a lot of influence on their architecture and tech stack. Also, great career trajectory and well laid-out promotion hierarchy with defined goals at each level.

Cons

As I said above, nothing is exceptional here. If you're looking for a fast paced startup-esque environment, this isn't it. If you're looking for a high-powered, high-paying experience like at Google, this isn't it.
