You will become friends with the other interns. The pay is salary and commission, you are provided transportation to and from the field, and have a flexible schedule

Low commission on sales, Salary is below minimum wage, Long hours, Poor training

Pros

Great opportunity, working with all different types of people, sales experience, very friendly people, opportunities for community service.

Cons

Very corporate (obviously), and hard to be creative within the confines of the structure. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
