Great place to work great benefits. Management encourages staff to advance in their career

Cons

Shifts are 12 hours long be flexible lots of overtime required

Completely disorganized company

Pros

They have 30 tv's all around the office that are on, you can watch at any time.

Cons

The environment. General disarray. Feeling of helplessness in assisting customers. You have to use 5-7 different computer programs at any one time to complete one task. The systems software is so poorly designed it makes getting anything done 5x as difficult.
