Pros

Lots of PTO, free park tickets

Cons

When I started at comcast 5 years ago, the hourly rate was at $12, 5 years later it's still at $12 and the job has way more rules, a lot more work, and a lot more stress on top of dealing with inflation. Turn over rate is as high as its ever been, company culture is horrible, it's an us vs them kind of environment, they treat you just like a number, majority of the people that work there aren't happy, your schedule changes EVERY single year so new team, new manger, new supervisor and its based on performance, they change commission/goals structure every month and they make it higher and higher, on top of raising fee's on there customer's every year, they literally doubled them during covid times which made it even harder to sell, top reps when i first started out made 5/6k a month now top reps are barely making 3k. Ever since Covid hit this job did a complete 360, they changed health insurance which sucks, they took away so many good benefits from us, they capped managers salaries and ever since working from home it was extremely hard to get help from anyone cause they were upset as well. Also this job is EXTREMLY high stress, calls are inbound but trust me most of them aren't sales calls, you'll go weeks without any good calls. Word of advice from someone who's been there for 5 years, this job used to be the job you REALLY wanted but not anymore, there's way better options out there that will TREAT you fairly and pay you allot more, don't waste your time, and fyi majority of these 5 star reviews are fake I promise you.
