Pick your own shifts, decent pay, opportunities for extra shifts, some clients are great easy hiring process

They will train but ........

Cons

Hours are not consistant. Full time? What full time. No benefits. Holiday/vacation pay? What is that? If you can not take a job they will give you fewer hours. Don't expect a pay raise without asking for one. They will pit one employee against another. Would keep asking for more hours. Never happened.
