Pros

This company, during your interview, will ask what you can/cant do and what you are comfortable with, they will never place you with a client that is out of your comfort zone or availability.

Cons

The pay is low and there is always traveling, your schedule changes week to week and you may not get even 20 hours in one week sometimes.

Pros

I enjoy home health and my clients

Cons

Horrible management. The company only cares about making money. The pay is horrible. 1 raise in 3 years! They treat clients horrible too! Schedule is a mess.

Pros

I like to help the elderly. There is always a variety in each assignment. The office staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Cons

Not enough hours. Pay isn't very high. Locations are sometimes far limiting the number of assignments you can have.
