Pros

Management tried to keep caregivers in employment by assigning different patients when availability, which could provide for a diverse experience. They made efforts to adjust caregiver patient pairings as needed, showing flexibility in addressing issues.

Cons

While there were little issues, there didn’t seem like much room for career advancement or opportunities for higher pay, which could be frustrating for ambitious caregivers.
