Pros

You get out of it what you put into it- if you do a good job with your shifts, you will get more hours. If you don't perform well/show up late/etc, you won't get as many hours. Management treats you extremely well, you feel valuable, you make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Not always enough hours for caregivers but if you do your work well and maintain a positive attitude with your clients and management, then management will try to find you more shifts.

Pros

The staff keeps franchisees throughly informed; they offer a great deal of assistance when you need it. Whenever a request is made, it is always answered the same day.

Cons

Finding competent and compassionate caregivers that are dependable and hard-working. We are always looking for caregivers and sometimes it feels as if we are an employment agency!
