Had a general manager who was reasonable with scheduling, pay raises, and employee benefits; who was always available either in person or via phone when needed (even in the middle of the night); who had great communication skills. Nice part-time job for students. Flexible schedule. Friendly staff.

Cons

Breakfast (for guests) can be improved. Not enough guest supplies, ie. pool towels and tablecloths. Small staff. Hours can be inconsistent, ie. you could work 40 hours one week, then 20 the next week. However, as a night auditor, your hours will be consistent, ie. I usually worked ~30 hours/week (or more if asked).
