Interesting technology, some great people, lots of different potential projects

The work culture is fantabolously amazing with some great and sharp mind out there. People are very helpful, collaborative (and I don't just say it for the sake of it). To be honest, I'm an ex-Amazonian, so I've actually seen the worst when it comes to "not so good" or "run-away-from-here" or "think-twice-b4-coming-here" work culture and therefore I know what I'm talking about. As an ex, the common denominator across the board is to assume good intent which I humbly believe brings out the best in people. Lots and lots of opportunities to learn and grow with the company. Leadership and your managers as well are pretty transparent in terms of not only setting the tone but also ensuring that feedback is a 2-way street. In fact, In my 1st week of joining the company, the CFO of the company had personally assisted me with getting my visa issues sorted all the way from Siemens(Comfy is Siemens' subsidiary). Later he personally reached out to me asking if everything is okay and just to check up on me. Moreover, the head of operations is very helpful as well, she has assisted me in every possible way, shape or form. I've got a great team as well as manager who are very supportive in terms of my work schedule, work as well as other things I need to get squared away.
