Pros

Option to work remotely. Great people to work with. Most everyone is a team player and helpful. I enjoyed my tenure at CommandAlkon.

Cons

Command Alkon was bought by a holding company. They started outsourcing their Customer Support team to Columbia. They cut bonuses and are running a skeleton crew in some of the departments.

Is a big company that tries to give different benefits.

Cons

In Colombia they make you go to the office it doesn't matter is totally unnecessary. Annual salary raises are pretty poor.

Command Alkon is owned by a private-equity firm with a short-term focused business strategy. As a result, this impacts our quota expectations, which are based more in dreams and not reality.
