Pros
Great job stability, work life balance, good benefits, ability to make a difference, the company is making a real effort to hire (and keep) young talent which is driving new efforts like big data and UX, DAP program in general and being able to gain experience with different teams/languages and technology stacks, work from home ability, (paid) company hackathons, bank hours and bank holidays.
Cons
From a developer perspective - there isn't a modern "tech" feel about the office - it feels like an old bank building (which it is), which may seem dated/dull. Things don't move very fast, lots of vendor reliance (getting better).
