      Generous pay for executives, management, and commercial sales representatives.

      Cons

      Poor use of technology and fear of spending on new tools will hold the organization back. Workers cannot perform work to modern standards without modern tools. Project management should not occur in Microsoft Excel organization wide. Software from 1998 shouldn’t be maintained just because the current CEO developed the website.
