      Lots of talk but little action - behind the times

      Pros

      Great people and overall culture of the organization. Business areas and and some of senior leadership are very solid. Does the right things for the customer.

      Cons

      Lots of talk of innovation, agile approach and trying new things but it is mostly talk. Very behind the times in most areas of HR/People policies. Little or very few development opps unless you are one of the few chosen ones. Limited if any enablement or empowerment of employees, especially managers. Lots of "yes" people who only do what they are told by senior leadership and those that aren't "yes" people are berated or slowly pushed out of the org.
