Let us start by saying thank you—thank you for your 10+ years of service in addition to your willingness to provide us with feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the advancement you were looking for with us. We do our best to offer advancement opportunities for all employees both old and new. The growth opportunities are often listed as a top reason people stay at Commerce so we are sad to see that was something that you did not see in your time with us.
