      Great company but not as great pay

      Pros

      The department I worked in had a great culture. They look to hire good people. Very easy to form relationships with management.

      Cons

      The pay for supporting staff does not equal the amount of work. Technology is outdated. Until you are an officer the max raise you can get when being promoted is 9.9%, which equals low pay for many years.
