      - Digital Strategy team at Commerce Bank fairly new and heavily entrusted - Great leaders supporting all things digital and growing products competitively - Great vacation and flexibility with work/life balance - Opportunities to directly impact product development and growth if you like being in financial

      Cons

      - Bank behind the curb in terms of products functionalities/features and not very competitive at all - Company is very conservative still, although pushing DEI values heavily. It feels misguided. - Banking, so you can expect a lack of diversity in leadership still and very traditional views about dress code, DEI, politics - Many departments in company not willing to commit to full time remote opportunities for employees

      The company as a whole cares about their employees. Great culture. Nice customers.

      Cons

      The manager that I have was terrible. As a new hired, I didn't received any support system from her. Throughout the training process, she has not once helped me or even checking up on me to make sure I do everything right. She's the reason why I quit.

      I am underpaid and management won't do anything until I come back with another offer. At that point I will have found the job I REALLY want.
