      Pros

      I love working at Commerce. It provides the stability, challenge, project diversity and work/life balance I look for in a job. When I first started, Commerce used older technology and systems, but that has since changed. It was also difficult to communicate with other teams/departments and get results, but Agile has changed all that. I feel that we're more communicative, which helps us do a better job as a whole.

      Cons

      Communication is not perfect across all divisions, but that's slowly changing for the better.
